Derek Schirmer, DO, is a spine care and back pain clinician who maintains an active research portfolio in interventional spine care, musculoskeletal medicine and pain management. His work spans imaging reliability, procedural outcomes, artificial intelligence applications in musculoskeletal evaluation and case-based clinical insights, with the goal of advancing evidence-based treatments and improving patient outcomes.
