Birthing Center Tours

We know there is plenty to prepare for when it comes to your baby’s birth, and we want to help you feel comfortable and confident. The tours of our Birthing Center in Columbia give you a firsthand look at where you’ll give birth and can help you understand what to expect on the big day.

Tour schedule

• Tuesdays: 5 p.m.
• Thursdays: 12 p.m.

Each tour is capped at seven people per session. You may bring up to one person with you on the tour.

Tour includes

• Children's Hospital lobby
• Labor and delivery room
• Low-intervention room
• Postpartum room

Meeting location

Please meet in the Children’s Hospital lobby by the tree.
